So he is cut off at 2 spots (top and bottom) this isnt particularly hard to do in this case but often extrapolating to complete the image is often frowned upon.
Secondly if someone were to do this take into consideration how the mouth would look coming outside the face, do you want a blank face without the mouth protruding or everything you see because then at that point i think you should request a vector
These are just some things to take into consideration when requesting an image, some specificity would be very helpful in someone taking up a request. (everything else about this one is actually really easy I just don't have time to help you out)
