To Reverse Image Search:
a) For Chans. Click sideways triangle next to the relevant post number, hover over image search, choose search engine of preference.
b) For everywhere else (if using Chrome), right click image, select "Search Google for this image". Full size it beforehand for best results as it gives Google's algorithms an easier time.
Not always guaranteed, but fairly reliable.
