I installed from scratch when I was doing some hardware modifications. I'm a long time Gentoo user and this is my first time using something Arch based. I installed Parabola because it went along with the documentation of a BIOS modification I was doing. I am probably not going to be using it for very long so I'm not sure if I can offer advice.
I have a completely working system on Parabola (web browsing, networking, office suite, programming env) with all free packages but that is because I specifically chose my hardware configuration to meet free repos.

I need help guys. New to ricing and I'm stuck here. Did a complete new install of Firefox and now I'm trying to use Noha-ra's Tinycss css but it looks like shit when I apply it. What am I missing?

The only addons I have are greasemonkey and stylish.

Oh and I couldn't figure out yet how to use AHK to hide the taskbar as suggested.

The only issue is your font. Make sure to install it properly. Maybe restart your computer afterwords. I don't use windows so I don't know how it handles fonts but that should work.

Downgraded from windows 10 today due to a lot of annoying bugs and decided to rice my new windows 7 a lil. Still working on it, but any tips and if someone can think of a matching wallpaper would make me happy. Going to put bblean tomorrow.

install a window manager, draw a circle and a box and set that as your icons, make a taskbar and install a notification daemon

icons are acyl, gtk is an edit of paper. I use awesome wm which does most of the former itself

Stick with linux.

Some of the tripfags have taken to ricing windows 10, but I don't know if their rice breaks with every big feature update, I do know there are themes you can't use going from 10240 to 10586 build.

Its a chromium fork I think, and you can get at the html and css of the browser itself in the files. Not sure if it will run the stuff you need but I imagine it will.

Haven't tried any of this myself but it seems others have gotten it to work.

If you're using Method 1, with just UxStyle, double check you named the folder and moved the theme correctly, if themes aren't showing in Personalization you moved them wrong.
If you're getting an error make sure no older versions of UxStyle are installed.
Or you might have an outdated W10 trying to use updated themes.

So this is my desktop thus far, I've been trying to rice without programs and really need help making my taskbar transparent via registry edits. I've tried tons of shit but it always ends up this stupid blue color, does anyone know what's up?
