ok i know this is probably easy but how in the fuck do i pull this off?

Everytime i tried before the instructions didnt have a part for what I was supposed to do, was this only a trick possible in XP or is back in win10? Or does it take so much work its not worth it?

I tried countless hours to get it to work with shit tier programs like bionix which sucks your CPU dry. Deskscapes 8 is the only good program I've found to work that doesn't affect my performance like at all. There are occasionally cracks for it but you can use it 30 days free while you search for a crack.
