At least he gets fucked up a lot and his plot-armor sends him back after dying instead of just lets him get through the shit unscathed, and it even gives him at least SOME amount of brain-damage (and therefore character-"development") unlike some other mc's in similar settings. Also I'm watching this for the same reason I watched so many other bad anime, wondering how much worse it can get. Kinda like watching a car accident, you just can't turn your eyes away.
