Just because it may be a memorable scene from the show, recreating a still animation frame is usually not great because a) It's already been done, why not screencap the scene, and b) you're doing your best to recreate a picture that was done to be as efficient as possible so that it would work as an animation, and is usually bland as a still.
Also her face is DeviantArt tier.
It's a very clean picture but she is misshapen as hell.
Now the question is: Are you going to dismiss any 'negative' criticisms and and only acknowledge the positive ones? It's a good starting point, you just need to work on it.
