I know it's been 6th months since you posted so you might not even see this, but if you've happened to find it since then please post it cause now it's really bugging me.
Unless my mind is doing that thing where it fabricates shit to fill in blanks then the scene had the same general layout as this one but at a different angle. With the roots forming the front desk/counter and a curved staircase on the left following a root upwards.
