Anyone know where this is from? I mean, I know it's the club room from Hyouka, but it's not a screenshot from the anime. You can tell from the lower detail when comparing it to an actual scene from the show, and the ladder on the right being partially erased for whatever reason (maybe it's a stitch?). Perhaps it's from some promo art?
I'm asking because the quality on this is complete ass with banding and blocking artifacts all over, but I really like the scene. Reverse image searching it turns up very little. I found a Naver gallery with a low-res version of the pic with some annotations, but I doubt that the background is upscaled from that because that would make the quality even worse:
