To your question, specifically. I suggest you dispense with self-labelling as "gay" and not worry about labels ("gay", "bi", "pan", "queer", "trans", "poly", etc.) at all. They aren't useful or reflective of the fluid nature of sexuality.
If you are sometimes in the mood to bone a girl, so what? I don't see the problem. You are getting too caught up in nomenclature, taking it too seriously. Nomenclature, terminology, labels - these things are not fact. They are just useful little fictions we come up with.
