here's another attempt at getting rid of the jpeg artifacts of the previous version, this time with waifu2x instead of using fill tools manually.
has the advantage of being less pixelated, but the noise isn't quite gone now.
probably should finally take this to a vector thread, unfortunately can't vector myself.
