i used KLWP and watched tutorials on how to do certain things on a channel called Brandon Craft. he's got a bunch of KLWP tutorials different things you might want to do. also just google what you're trying to do and someone will probably will have asked it on reddit or something and gotten a good answer.

Forget it. Found a work around.
Turns out if you grab the apk and install it on an android 13 device, it'll connect to the store to see that you own it and work just fine. Zero issues.
No idea why the play store won't just let me download outdated shit and deal with the consequences myself
