>>6006588I'm also using 8.1, all I did is make a folder in My Doccuments called "Shortcuts". I found the program's directory (ie. programfiles86>Adobe>Photoshopcs3) and find the .exe application file. Create a shortcut to it, it'll prompt you to create it on the desktop. Do that, then move it from the desktop to the folder you made. Then just change the icon (properties) and repin said prog to the taskbar.
Worked fine for me. Running 8.1
