It's not like it's really all that fun to keep it a secret though, especially if it's so niche in the show anyway.
I based it off of the "Central 46" compound from Bleach. Honestly you don't see it too much in the anime though, so I don't know what I was thinking as far as having people guess. It always stuck with me visually as a neat place though. Really eerie and foreboding. So I wanted to at least try my hand at recreating it.
Not to mention a lot of places in the anime have that perfect "Liminal space" look to them. At least as far as the concept of the whole "weird white buildings and no one around" aesthetic goes.
