I don't know if there's an actual style, Dore just kind of did his own thing when it came to etchings and he was certainly ahead of the curve in most respects. I have a lovely copy of The Divine Comedy that I got from B&N with all of his engravings in it, I would suggest looking into it if you want more because high res versions seem rather scarce online. I found it to be a very worthwhile purchase and I highly recommend it
