>>5542819I am that guy. This is the default windows 8 taskbar for the most part. I use the program start8 for a windows 7 style start menu and I've pinned some custom icons to the taskbar. There is also an empty toolbar to the left so that the pinned icons stay in the center. It's not a perfect solution though. This is what it looks like with a shitload of programs open.
There is a line between functional and useless bullshit that is easily crossed using rainmeter. That being said there are a lot of amazing skins for it on DA and making your own isn't that hard. Rainmeter doesn't have anything to do with that taskbar though. Just the clock and music info above it.
