It's an ugly mishmash of code from userchrome-tweaks (
https://github.com/Timvde/UserChrome-Tweaks) and ShadowFox, because I'm a lazy fuck who can't be bothered to learn CSS.
I wish I was interested enough in learning at least a bit of CSS to fix what I consider to be the flaws in my little frankenstein (the size of anything in the navbar in comparison to the size of the tabs in the tab bar, or the color of the titlebar which is inconsistent with the color that ShadowFox uses for literally everything else), but I'm just not interested enough.
If anyone wants to have a go at it, or well, just use parts of it or whatever, here it is:
