Is it possible to turn the pic linked below into a 16:9 wallpaper without it looking like absolute shit? Ideally I'd prefer it to be at least 1600x900. And without the frame borders.

If there is simply no way to do this without them being blurry and/or lopsided or just generally being shitty then don't waste your time.
