So I fill up on boiled rice, pasta, fresh fruit (not avocado) and veg. It means I can still eat a lot of food (and I mean a lot). The only problem is I'm always shopping for fresh food and preparation takes time too.
Oh, and don't forget to take in liquids. Water, black coffee, sugar free soda, whatever.
