Talent didn't get me where I was almost 7 years ago, and even though I'm far from where I want to be, I'm glad I ignored what others said and just did everything myself. I gave up so many times learning bass but i never truly quit learning. Now I'm learning guitar, piano, songwriting, singing and hopefully more soon. I'm not as good at those than I am of playing bass, but I'll get there hopefully. pic related is one i took last summer in the middle of nowhere, i hope it gives you some sort of inspiration
