>>7735540Yeah I flew into Osaka but then spent most of my time in Kyoto. I have heard about about the difference between Hiroshima/Osaka style okonomiyaki. The place I went we had several different kinds picked out by a friend who was from Osaka and said it was his favorite okonomiyaki place. The kind with the noodles in the middle was my favorite. I think it had a kind of bbq kabayaki sauce on it. I haven't found anywhere in NYC that makes it that way.
