I have this image which has been upscaled in a trollish way. I want to convert this back to the original size, and get the original (or as close as possible) quality out of it.
This is possible doing it manually with a color picker tool and redrawing each pixel, but that's a colossal waste of time and absolutely not worth it. This is for a learning/experimental purpose more than anything.
So, editors. How would you do this?
