>>7567618As an older person - i think i am still getting some of the stuff around me cause it's still pop culture bs (there's stuff i dont care to give one fuck about cause it's boring or stupid). Even though i might not be interacting or making it at the same level as younger people - i understand it. And my older friends at the time enjoyed a lot of the sillier elements when we would share stuff. Some stuff is still universal and can be shared.
As for boards, boards change and some stay the similar - just as people change. b/ might not have as many photoshop threads as it used to back in the day - but it's half due to how shit photoshop has become in terms to pirate it and use it. Other editing websites let everybody start their meme style stuff, and so shit has shifted in terms of quality and meanings.
>>7567928As this chap said, make the boards and fun your own. I enjoyed the old b/ back in the day, i enjoyed a lot of shit that isnt there or the same (so many forums, websites, and fun chat stuff disappeared) - but i've either moved on or found other shit that occupy my time.
