Been feeling kind of melancholic lately at how rapidly the internet has been changing the last few years and most institutions of my teen years are disappearing at a rapid speed.
/wg/ used to be drastically more active just a few years back and is in steady decline, tumblr is basically a zombie now, my homeboard /k/ is a shell of what it was five years ago, and I'm unsure how to cope with it.
I know most will not come back and it's pointless to grieve about it, but it's still a weird feeling in my gut to see much of my teen years to have gone with the wind, especially with how little decent alternatives there are.
