This is a scan so it was probably the art on the backside of the page. I darkened it myself and it looks like the image bleed-through is a hand.
Anyways, this was an attempt another anon did a while back. The lines he emphasized around the ear, nose and mouth were perfect. The only problem is that he desaturated/darkened the image a bit.
Is there any way you can take the lines from this photo and add them to my originally posted, more saturated, picture
