Zarya is 6'5, Tracer is 5'4 and Sombra is 5'5. I haven't checked if ther propertions are correct, but no detailed adjustments are needed, just shortening them down a bit is fine.
As it stands now, they're all about four inches too tall, I think. Thanks in advance!
