I slap my wallpapers into mixed folders that contain around 500 images (thousands of images in 1 folder gets obnoxious) and slap a generic descriptive filename on the image. I'd name my attached image "fire-970942.jpg", keeping the last 6 numbers from the 4chan filename to make it unique and easy to find by just glancing for "fire".
