You could have an outlined shape and a solid shape and then an invisible shape that extends downward the lower your battery is that way you don't see the bump. Or you could use a rectangle again inside an outlined battery so it'll be battery shaped. My current battery is pill shaped and uses a mask plus a rectangle.
