>>7841396>being this retardedAssuming you're on iOS (which sounds likely), when you select "Use as Wallpaper" and enter the screen with options for "Set" and "Cancel" you need to tap the circular icon in the bottom middle of the screen which turns "Perspective Zoom" OFF. Then simply pinch your image and release, and it will be zoomed to fit the top and bottom of your screen. Then pan the image to center the hedge in your photo and you're set.
If you're curious what "Perspective Zoom" is, it causes your wallpaper to tilt and pan very subtly as you move your phone, adding a false bit of life to the image/phone screen. It consumes battery and looks gay, I almost always leave it off.
