>>6895911>>6896703The "legged" chips are called DIPs, dual in-line package. You don't find them anymore in anything but hobby electronics. This is likely a circuit board from the pre-surface-mount days, and if so it's amazing that it looks so new. The big square chip is obfuscated, but if I could look up the part number it'd give us a good idea of what this board does. Some of the DIPs are not obfuscated, but I'm too lazy to look up tertiary components.
