I started a job one month ago. I had been 10 years unemployed because of serious burnout and all the problems related to it. It's 30h a week and mostly the stuff I do there is actually quite enjoyable. Every other week is morning shift and every other week is late shift with possible weekend days too.
I am right now feeling quite tired and anxious over the work and I don't even know why. I wish I won't have another burnout again.
