Not sure what tool you are using, but in Photopea I used the blur tool to soften the edges on the yellow lines and cloud pattern. The pixelated fuziness on the image itself is called 'dither' which I added to the orange and top line of the gun and cloud-like area to the right.
Additionally, you seem to have forgotten to fill in a white part between the hair on the top of her head, to fill in the white stroke of hair on the right side which starts above the antenna, and finish the outline of the hair to the bottom right. I added those as well, but that is nothing compared to the work you've done (I probably have overseen something as well)!
