Most of life's regrets are built around things that could have been, and never were. I too, have a girl I could never be with. She was in the same field as me, smarter, and we always made each other laugh. She's on the other side of the country now, and it hurts when I think that if I was a better man, at the right time, life could have been very different. Pic kinda related, she's in the PNW now
I'm an optimistic man though. There are other people in the world, and you'll find someone who makes you feel the same, and, cherry on top, wants you the way you want her.
