That's where the Rule needs to be changed, at the global level. Same as /b/ posting outside of /b/ is a violation, /pol/ posting outside of /pol/ needs the same flag and penalties. For every board on 4chan. /pol/ is supposed to be cancer containment, there needs to be a way to send the cancer back there when it escapes containment.
