Multi-step request if you don't mind indulging me please, but still hopefully simple.
1. Make the skin color of the hand reaching out to the superheroes darker similar to

2. Make the black background transparent.
3. Flip the image horizontally so that the reaching hand is on the left.
4. Can you vectorize it to get rid of the noise?
5. Center the logo so that the center of the sun is the center and crop it as a square please. Preferred resolution is something like 1500x1500.
