i'd encourage you to exercise more patience as you mentioned; just as it would be difficult and jarring to go from a NEET to working full-time, feeling stuck inside can be difficult and jarring for people that are used to going outside often. though i'm not sure what you refer to when you say it's been that way for a long time, a similar feeling?
