>>5528206for this one, I added a B&W layer, sprayed a mask on the lips and shirt (over the lines) and then cut the mask back to size. For the shirt, I just zoomed in and sprayed a hard-edge brush at 100% opacity right on the edge of where I wanted color. For the lips I did the same, but used the blur tool to dull the lines. Then I added a new layer, set it to overlay, and sprayed green over the lines. I then cut it back with a hard edge brush at 50% opacity. the lips needed some touch-up, which I did with a soft-edge brush and blur tool. Be sure you're blurring the mask, and not your color or the layer underneath.
