No matter how small they are, they still make you feel like shit, so they're just as important.
I'd say find someone to talk to someone, to reevaluate things and see if you can't find anything that gives meaning to your life. Or, alternatively, an hobby or in general something you can become obsessed with. It's not the healthiest of things, but divertissement is still divertissement.
