But as you said the non-dualist view of life and the love coming from the realisation that everything is you, and you are everything helps understanding how being what we call "moral" (which isn't exactly the same as what buddhism teaches but hey, it's compatible) can lead to a good karma for you, more peace for the people around you, and less maintenance for the samsara.
So basically, how being moral today is good for you and for everyone even though it's not what buddhism ultimately teaches.
