>>7648538didn't think about htis, but waifu2x fucks up really small images worse than stretching them to x-times their size. dunno if it's because they're all jpegs and not png, or something else, I used max compression and noise reduction and a scaling factor such that all ims < 1080 height would be scaled according to have resultant height 1080px
