This type of font for clocks is weird as there's no "medium" size for it so the date doesn't appear and padding doesn't do anything... even with 100px of padding it still shows date...
also changed my icons for the lower case, I haven't decided which I like more - maybe I'll stick with regular icons not text ones
Oh and I'd get rid of that dot circle in your bblean bar. I never ever found a good use for it and it looks weird.

Also you might consider changing the color of the minutes in your clock to something like that faded purple. That blue-ish color doesn't really fit in my opinion.

Also, that looks like unity. Consider changing to Gnome, fluxbox, or even Awesome. Unity is kind of really silly.
