Can you perform your task successfully? If yes then I couldn't care less about what's in your pants.
That being said, as a bio major, I dislike when people disregard biological facts for the sake of emotional argumentation. e.g. Transsexuals who want validation for their mental illness; or people who believe equality is about both sexes being almost indistinguishable.
Equality means equal standards, opportunities, and difficulties for any set goal or position - all whilst maintaining a natural degree of masculinity or femininity based on the appropriate gender.
