I really like yours, but I think you should get rid of the gradient on your nav bar and tabs with some CSS. Other than that I think you're good.

Pin your icons to the taskbar.
Look for something in regards to rainmeter if you NEED to have some kind of note widget (Or you could just be normal and use myanimelist or notepad).
