Any time an artist can take something seemingly innocent and turn it into something darker and weird is always a plus in my book. >>5959719Thank you anon. I'm sort of in a similar boat (as I finished college in August) and I'm having a difficult time finding a job. However, I live with my girlfriend and she's been very supportive. I think once you have a handle on your anxiety and depression the rest will fall in place. Do what you need to do to get that taken care of so you can go out and make yourself happy anon. Therapy is a wonderful start and I'm sure you're going to see the benefits of it in the near future.
>>5959756Well anon, there's no sense in beating yourself up over something that has passed. The best thing you can do is act now to change your future. I feel like this applies to both your career and love life. First, you need to dig deep to find a passion... It's not always an "ah-ha!" moment but the more you put effort into caring, the more you'll realize what you do and don't like as far as careers/pasttimes might go. Once you're happy with yourself you're going to find someone who is happy to be with you. Some day he may return but until then just focus on you.

I don't think you should stress as much about school, degrees are hard to get but realistically unless you quit school entirely, you're going to end up getting it. As for your social life, I think it would be wise to get involved at school in some type of thing (I've made friends from the lab I worked in).
