I like simple homescreens and I watched Evangelion. The screens are so stylish. Tempted to add more info on the bottom that's contextualized similarly to the show, like ram usage as sync percent. Might post an update later. Also, the movement is with the gyro, to sell the fact that this is a viewer.
Also I'm one of the first people here apparently so my apology for not rating many people can be genuine.

My hunch is that this doesn't look very cool unless you have an album with a nice vibrant color like these pink shades, and maybe pulling a contrasting or setting a foundational color would help make it more consistently cool.
