-desaturate the color so that it looks like the color of an ordinary person? The man pictured is Bon Scott, he was white (so really olive/tan) not red. I don't know too much about image editing but this image strikes me as something as waayyyy oversaturated, so that's the term I'm using....just- give the man ordinary skin. Look up the album on the Windows store (online if you use Linux) to get a reference image if you want one.
If that order please. If you can't desaturate it that's okay.
