I see a lot of shitty fashwave while most vaporwave is well, balanced, simple, and done in such a way that its aesthetic. Fashwave tends to clutter way too much and focus on making their shit way to obvious rather then hinting at it. Pic related is good fashwave because it doesn't clutter and makes shit look aesthetic. I won't even go into talking about it politically because I agree with /pol/ a lot but taking that aside fashwave tends to be shit with a few gems here and there while vaporwave is normally good looking because those who make it don't want to cram 80 different messages on the screen all at once.
