That widget really does run it.
Also, unless you can't, I'd see if I could get the unlock slider to not have that glow effect. Lastly, the layout doesn't make sense to me. Is it a tablet or what screens are what?

Wallpaper makes the weather widget hard to read. Can you/do you actually tap that search bar at the top of your undoubtedly 5" screen?
