Please make the chibi look as big as you can but without actually cropping any part of her staff, and place her right at the center of the picture with an equal amount of empty space above and below.
For the upper part of the picture use the same shade of blue/purple that is already there, essentially extending it upwards. The bottom part of the picture is simply white? as far as I can see, but if not then match that color and extend it downwards too.
