>>7749399Destiny 2 is definitely a step up from the original, there are a decent amount of scannables in every environment that give you some lore and encourage you to look around. Just the other day I was jumping around the tower and found a new one on a balcony not accessible unless you get quickness.
But overall you're right, the world does feel a bit hollow and predictable. It'd be sweet if we could explore the city / it became a new social space
