Nice pictures and all but come on, things that don't exist anymore are just bullshit. I agree with the guy who thinks the Gorilla or Blue Whale. Those would be rather fucked up monsters. I think a bear or or squid would be something to be worried about if turned into hosts. But a prehistoric reptile? A little too extreme. Although a flying xeno would be epic too. If I recall, in a comic I read, the queen can sprout wings if needed.
